These birds are a breeders ideal find! The gray ones are girls from a double recessive Silver Agate Opal father. They carry those genes. The intensive yellow is NOT part of the family, he just wanted to be photographed. The yellow chest bird is a green male, son of Ice and carries the recessive genes. Breeding these kids to a White bird will produce various combinations which may include whites, blues, and agates. I will keep either one or two girls and am looking forward to our offerings in 2005 from these matches. |
